Dear reader,

The IAPSS ExCom is addressing you with respect to the IC Africa conference, which is organised in November 2006 by the National Association of Political Science Students (NAPSS) in Abuja, Nigeria.

IAPSS strongly supported the initiative of NAPSS in Africa from the start. However, due to technical reasons, IAPSS can not longer officially support the IC Africa 2006. The ExCom truly hopes that initiatives in Africa will keep on developing and in the future, IAPSS will support qualitative projects.
