While the financial and administrative reports of the Association (issued twice a year, before each IAPSS General Assembly) are available for members only at MyIAPSS, the four key documents constituting IAPSS’ legal framework are available below:

The IAPSS Statutes constitute the overall framework of the Association and describe the division of power between and the responsibilities of the IAPSS General Assembly, the IAPSS Executive Committee and the IAPSS Supervisory Committee as well as the execution of the elections of all core bodies of the Association.

The IAPSS Internal Regulations determine the Association’s framework in detail and include chapters on all bodies and the key mechanisms that shape the operation of IAPSS.

The IAPSS Financial Regulations frame the set-up, operation and reviewing procedures of the Association’s budget and financial administration and determine the key responsibilities centered around the three legal representatives of the Association* incl. the IAPSS Treasurer as well as the IAPSS Supervisory Committee which is in charge of the bi-annual financial audit.

The IAPSS Rules of Procedure predominantly define the organisational procedures that frame the execution of the bi-annual IAPSS General Assembly.

* For the legislative period of 2016-17 (ending as of 31 May 2017), the three legal representatives of the Association are: Anna-Lisa Wirth (IAPSS President), Lena Huck (first term) Laura Dunkley (currently) (IAPSS Secretary-General) and Kateryna Dyshkantyuk (IAPSS Treasurer).
